Total EMI have recently installed a Bulk Material Handling System. This Machine is used for bulk materials like powdered lime which is used for different industries like mining and agriculture. The machine we have installed is used to load bulk materials into trucks for logistics and transport.

Total EMI did the mechanical and electrical installation for the client. We installed the mains power supply, connected all electrical motors and direction checked, installed programmable logic micro-controller (PLC), and carried out all mechanical work to design schematics.

We set up the instrumentation capabilities such as pulsed jet baghouse filtration system and set up level sensors. This ensured that the equipment had maximum potential efficiency and longevity of the machine lifespan.

This work was all carried out in line with Australian Occupational Health and Safety Standards with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documentation to ensure that all workers involved in the project and within the site is safe.
